I have always been a person to exercise. I had a fear of letting myself go. Not because of any man but because I knew I was the sole provider for my family. I had to ensure that I would not get sick and so took the precautions to make that happen.

Sometimes we put off today for tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. Feeling sluggish at work does not help you at being productive. Eating a good meal at least three meals a day and two snacks will help keep the fuel in our bodies. We grab for the wrong items when we are hungry and it seems to satisfy us for the moment but in the long run it can add fat to our bodies.
Eat healthy for fuel in the body to keep you moving and feeling great.

You only have one body one temple and you must treat it right for it to give back to you. If you work anything like I do, then having a healthy body and mind are essential especially when you are on the go continuously. Traveling every week can put a toll on your body so therefore make sure to eat and maintain a workout regimen (even if its walking 30 minutes a day). I guarantee you will feel better, you will sleep better, play better and work harder.
